Hi
Could someone from PlusNet check my phone bundle. Seems to have departed as now just showing that I have unlimited fibre but no home phone bundle. And have had separate bill for call charge. May be linked to selling house and folks moving in pre-empting completion by, errrr, about 6 weeks as have not exchanged contracts yet. Had to phone about a month ago to prevent BT taking over the line at their request.

Hi, I'll get this fixed for you. On occasion the automated systems don't stop the cancellation of the billing aspects of your phone service when we cancel a transfer-away order.

Thanks for that, and sorry for delay in acknowledging as have been away.
Will the billing end be sorted out at same time as have had debit collected for calls (albeit only a less than account emptying £0.46 or thereabouts)

Yeah - billing will now re-commence as normal, the calls you paid for mid-month won't be billed at the end of the month, even if they appear in that part of your itemised bill
