Phone Bill Query /Resolved

I have a query with my bill from 19 Jan – 9 Feb 2011. I have been billed £33.08, when I’ve checked the itemised bill it says that I have been charged £6.87 for 101 UK landline calls. However, when I go into check these calls they are all local so there is no charges showing up so I’m unsure why I have been billed £6.87 for them. I raised a ticket on Thursday 10 Feb and was advised it would be answered within 26 hours but I'm still waiting!!!!! Angry

Re: Phone Bill Query

There is a bit of a backlog of tickets at the moment as indicated here (although we are not too confident of it's accuracy ATM).
You may get a response on Monday.

Re: Phone Bill Query

Thanks.  Oddly when I now go into the bill there is a charge showing up for a call but it was not there when I raised the ticket.  Is there anyway I can delete this thread now?

We don't generally delete threads but I will lock it as resolved.
