Permanently withhold number on outgoing calls

I have recently transferred my home phone service from BT to PlusNet.

My BT service withheld my number from all outgoing calls and I’d really like this feature on my PlusNet service. I’m struggling to get through by telephone and see that the online chat is offline right now.

Please could someone from PlusNet arrange for the permanent number withheld feature to be added to my service?

Don't forget that there are two versions of Permanent Withhold, with or without 1470 override, so be sure to request the right one.
