Permanently withhold number - Can't get through to call centre

Hi,

I would like to have my number witheld when I make calls, but retain the option to send my number with 1470 or similar, but I am having a little difficulty getting through to you to so that you can help me with this. Is it possible that you can pass this on to the proper team to enable this feature for me please.
