Permanent Number Withhold

Hello

I have been informed by customer support that it is not possible to permanently withold my number from the person I am calling. They advise that dialling 141 is the only way to do this. 

However according to this thread https://community.plus.net/t5/Home-Phone/Number-Withheld-request/m-p/1648083#M29184 it is available by special request.

Could I then please make a special request for this feature.

@nbpncommunity   Welcome to the forum.  🙂

As you'll have seen from the thread you referenced, it can be an uphill battle to even get across to Plusnet what it is that you require.

Hopefully one of the more experienced on the Help Team will pick this up and get the service applied.

Don't forget to specify which version you want - either with or without 1470 override.

@nbpncommunity In the current situation, you've done the best thing in bringing your request to the forum.

It may take a while to be noticed, as there are a lot of customers with no service at all, and that will surely get worse with all the high winds.
