People say ots a bad line on outgoing call(s)

I have tested with both corded & cordless phones & have completed a 17070 quiet line test
I have recorded the quiet line test & there is definitely interference of some kind, however you may have to turn up the volume to hear it.
I have started a Ticket #82827889
With more information
Not had any incoming calls since to test with

Received call from PN to arrange BTOpenreach engineer for Wednesday between 8 - 1

It was all documented via their forum & makes interesting reading into the history of a brand new line, that was brought in to supply me in the 1st instance
If PN or BTO requires that info the I will dig out the links for you / them
Albeit on a 30ft + aluminum cable from the DP ========> DP =========> Master Socket. that does pick up a lot of REIN, that BTO would not change to copper.
Even though BTO claimed to OFCOM that they do not use aluminum cable
I can not find the links atm

All seems to be working fine again atm
Just completed another quiet line test & came back all clear
I have just phoned to cancel the engineer, so that we can monitor it further, incase it was a one off interference issue, or it might of coincided with works in the cabinet etc
Can you please check that the engineer has been canceled for tomorrow

The problem is that the person(s) on the other end have problems understanding & hearing caller(s) from this end
However incoming calls from the same number(s) are not affected
Just completed quiet line tests with both corded & cordless phones & all clear atm
Would it be worth me completing any of the other tests, from my end ?

1. Ringback (COMPLETED)
2. Quiet Line Tests (COMPLETED (All Clear)
3. Fast test
4. Fast cleanse
Perhaps I was to quick to dismiss the engineer for the noise rectifying itself, atm
Will still monitor & see how it goes
I did have an outage earlier that may help to explain things a wee bit

so far this has been replicated via only 1 number on both outgoing / incoming calls
Will continue to monitor & complete any applicable test(s), for now

Fast test and Fast cleanse can only be carried out by the engineer, (ID required)

This mornings outage for a few hours was as a result of a CAT fighting with an underground cable
Guess who won the battle / war, (temporarily as now fixed)
Also next week Friday morning, Western Power will be installing a new electric meter as a result
In respect of the above
I have also replicated the issue with Scottish Power as I called them & (they had trouble hearing & understanding me) then they rang me back & (could hear me as clear as a bell)
