My phone line is unusable to make calls due to sever interference and I can here other people chatting and interference pulses of other peoples phones ringing. I used the very old 175 line test and it reports an error of "Battery B".

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your phone line. I've raised this to Openreach now and they've stated that the estimated time of resolution is 30/06/14 17:00:00.
