Is it possible for someone to push along 85938907 for a referral of mine.
She's been very patient up to now and is fully aware that the errors in getting her line installed are an Openreach problem rather than Plusnet but the latest update sent to her (the Openreach report) wasn't exactly helpful - particularly as it gives no indication of when anything will now be happening.
