On Anytime but have been charged for a regular call

Just taking a quick look at my phone account and see I was charged for an ordinary landline call of 22mins 30 seconds on 3rd January. Looking at the breakdown of calls it's definitely under the UK Landline summary.
I would have phoned CS about this but I've got a bug and my voice isn't up to much! 
Don't want to bother Billing as I think it might confuse them as it's not on a current bill yet.

what is the area code  i.e. 01268  01245  0845  0844

It's 01327, which is Silverstone (a call to one of my husband's many cousins).
Just looking back and I see there was another call to her on 19th December which, as expected, wasn't charged.

I'm on the 'old' Anytime package.

Same here - 01886-xxxxxx on 3 Jan at 2214. Charged 38p for 5m 18s call which should have been inclusive with Anytime 300.
Ticket (38562650) says refund will be made on next bill - fair enough - but is this a one off or part of the problem ID 61851 mentioned by Matt?

We're on the 'old' Anytime at present (but may change as the only international calls we make are to Australia and then not very often).

Interesting. That call has now disappeared altogether from the recent calls list.
Re-processing, maybe?

Same here - in fact every call on 3 Jan has disappeared.

Yeah, we've fixed the issue, but any calls which were rated incorrect need rerating by our call processing system.  The safest way to do this on a Friday was to delete them from the processed calls and then to put them back into the queue for rating again.  Should reappear in your list next week.
