On Anytime, but charged for local calls

Start of billing month was 25th and there are two calls to local numbers on 25th showing as charged. All was OK up to 24th. Account is showing correctly as Anytime, so we shouldn't be getting charged for calls - one of 10 mins and the other of 2 mins, so definitely not over the time limit for free calls. We've made calls since then but they're not showing yet. Have been on anytime since Dec 25th 2009.
I've raised a ticket but it's showing as a 20 hour response time so thought if I post here it might be sorted out more quickly!
Looks a bit odd anyway, with earlier dates shown than those the summary says it's for, and no times given for any of the calls.

Re: On Anytime, but charged for local calls

There is indeed a problem, but it is know about by PN and being addressed.
Note the timestamp lists all the calls at midnight

Re: On Anytime, but charged for local calls

Still doesn't explain why I've been charged for local calls to landlines when I'm on Anytime.

Re: On Anytime, but charged for local calls

Hi there,
I suspect this is due to the midnight time stamp, but I'll make sure it's looked at tomorrow and confirm (call processing is currently turned *off* so you won't get any more calls appearing until the issue is fixed).

Re: On Anytime, but charged for local calls

Thanks Mand, but why would a midnight timestamp cause non-chargeable Anytime calls to attract a charge and then only those after the billing date? Huh

Re: On Anytime, but charged for local calls

The problem only affects calls between the 19th and the 26th, I'm just checking a few things with the devs then I'll report back.

Re: On Anytime, but charged for local calls

Thanks Mand.
My calls from 19th to 24th haven't been charged but those on 25th (first day of new billing month) have been charged. Also, the date stamp is only 00.00.00 from 22nd Jan, which are just the calls showing when I look at the UK Landline Summary on my current billing period (see first posting above).
Below is what I see when I look at the general Recent Calls page:

  020XXXXXXXX    25/01/2010 00:00:00    00:02:12    £0.21
020XXXXXXXX 25/01/2010 00:00:00 00:10:24 £0.64
016XXXXXXXX 24/01/2010 00:00:00 00:17:30 £0.00
011XXXXXXXX 23/01/2010 00:00:00 00:05:36 £0.00
019XXXXXXXX 22/01/2010 00:00:00 00:06:36 £0.00
019XXXXXXXX 22/01/2010 00:00:00 00:01:00 £0.00
020XXXXXXXX 21/01/2010 16:17:08 00:04:24 £0.00
020XXXXXXXX 21/01/2010 16:15:05 00:01:00 £0.00
020XXXXXXXX 21/01/2010 16:13:05 00:01:00 £0.00
020XXXXXXXX 21/01/2010 16:11:26 00:01:00 £0.00

Re: On Anytime, but charged for local calls

Just had a reply to my ticket raised on Saturday, and have been told I've had the 85p credited back to my account, though I can't see it anywhere as yet! Will let them know you are looking into it anyway, Mand.
