How do I view the details of phone bills that are older than one year. I go to Home Phone Control Panel, click the Itemised Bill tab and I can view the last 12 bills. But I want to go back two years, not one.
So I have discovered. Unfortunately I moved my phone service to Plusnet about 18 months ago so have lost the details of 6 bills because I haven't looked back until now. I'm surprised the Security Services let Plusnet get away with keeping such a short call record.
