Odd line problem

Hi,
I noticed last weekend that me cordless phone wasn't ringing when called, the number calling is displayed, but no ring, when I answer the call, all I can hear is a muffled ringing, I also have no dial tone & can't call out, when tried in the test socket it rings but when I answer it's the same muffled ringing, also no dial tone from the test socket, it's odd as my broadband is working ok, could someone please test my line?

Tried to report the problem on the faults page, got a message saying "Sorry, An error occurred whilst processing your request, The error has been recorded and our website team will investigate. Please try again later."

I've just tested this and see it's an exchange fault.
I'm just raising it to Openreach for you now.

I've been told it is being recognised as a fault at the exchange, so hopefully it's fixed soon.
