Nuisance calls!

On my goodness, I've been a Plusnet customer for a couple of weeks the number of nuisance calls to me are INSANE. I've been on the TPS for years with no problems. Why is this happening?????? 😡

Re: Nuisance calls!

Do you have the same number, or did it change when you came to Plusnet?

Have you considered Plusnet Call Protect? It is free. You can set it up yourself in "Your Account" on the website.Home > My Perks > Call Features

Yes, but I just couldn't work my way around the website, it just took me round and round in circles, it was really hard to use so just thought I was on the wrong track

Re: Nuisance calls!

Have you found your way there now? I gave you the route in my first post.

I agree it well hidden; it took me about 5 - 10  minutes to find the route even though I knew the general area to look.. .Somewhere on the website - although I have never found it - there is also claimed to be the attached guidance.

I'm trying now.

It has to be activated - thank you for the guide there.

Sadly 1572 doesn't seem to work on my phone?
