Nuisance Call

For the last three weeks I have had this nuisance call it seems to be getting more often lately I had this call at 1.00am this morning and being elderly people it scared us,when I phoned this number it tells me it is unobtainable.I phoned the staff at PN this morning and I was told to dial 14258 and press the star button twice I did this today after I got this same call this afternoon but I was asked for a pin number after 14258 which I am not sure what this means.I hope this has stopped this nuisance call

If you haven't set up a PIN yet, you should use the default PIN, which is 1234. If you've forgotten your PIN, please call 0800 800 150 to get it.

Re: Nuisance Call

Hi valart,
The instructions are covered in Ticket: 88434776 on your account.

For security purposes a PIN (default 1234) is allocated to enable access to the data store.

A PIN number can be changed by typing 14258 and choosing the relevant option from the menu.

Re: Nuisance Call

Is "Choose To Refuse" now enabled by default and is free then?  I don't see it listed under 'Call Features' in the Member Centre
This thread from six years ago mentions that it was an un-advertised feature...

Re: Nuisance Call

No, this feature is not enabled by default. The OP called in and spoke to an advisor who agreed to provide this service for an agreed amount of time and if they wish to continue with the feature after this time it will come at a price.
