I have not been able to phone out from my home phone for a couple months now. I am up to date with my bill and when I go I to my online dashboard it will not allow me to change my phone package even though I'm not currently on one. Come up with "you cannot change your home phone product at the moment". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
