Noisy phone line

Hi,
On Saturday night I reported my phone line as being noisy, affecting both phone and fibre broadband (reference 84812360). I have had no contact from Plusnet could someone chase this up for me please.

Hi BigMo,
Sorry to hear you're having problems with your services.
I've just had a look at this and ran a test on your line and we've picked up on an external fault in your local network. Our suppliers have given us the estimated resolution time as 01/05/14 23:59:59. Our Faults team will therefore check back on this on 02/05/2014. Hope this is resolved for you soon!

Just to say that it's all sorted and to thank all at plusnet for their help.    The support from plusnet has been excellent. So thanks again to all the support staff.
