Had the same problem a while ago and then agin lately. It was originally fixed but I raised a fault on 22nd April. An engineer paid a visit but did nothing. I asked for another engineer who came and found a fault fairly quickly. This was repaired but he was unable to test the line due to equipment failure and said to report it if it came back. This has happened but I'm unable to get throught o the call centre due to the queue and, being at work, i can't hang around on the phone. Can we please have the engineer back to finally get it sorted.
