Noisy phone knock BB off

How do I get my line tested? My phone line is noisy and getting worse.  My Broadband keeps disconnecting when I make or receive a phone calls. I have carried out all checks, new filters. different router and phone. connected into test socket but it makes no difference.
This seems to have started after the last thunderstorms which caused problems with other phones off my DP(pole).
Can Plusnet help.
Just a quick question. To avoid any BT charges and since I rent my line from Plusnet I assume PN will arrange an engineer if PN deem it necessary but if BT still charge is the fee down to Plusnet my service provider.?

Sorry to hear about the problem with your line. I've just tested it but no obvious issues are being flagged up. This means we can go ahead an raise a fault but an engineer visit would need to be arranged.
I'd advise raising a fault online at http://faults.plus.net. Feel free to reply back here when you have.

Thanks for the replies. It just went off again and I lost dial tone but it came back up.  I will raise a fault.

Thanks peoples. fault raised. Just dialling 1471 knock BB off and is very noisy. Hope I get it sorted before the big day.

EDIT: Just a quick update to say we've just booked an appointment for on Monday, we've updated ticket 78788263 with the specifics.
