Anyhow i have noticed today i have now a crackly line on phone , could someone check my phone line , Phne call wait is LONG , chat says 6 waiting
so thought easierr t ask here

The test isn't finding a fault on your line unfortunately. I've left a ticket on your account with some checks to go through before we proceed further. Once you've gone through the checks and respond to the ticket, our faults team will get an engineer booked for you

In that case, can you respond to the ticket confirming you've carried out the checks and agree to the charge if the fault is found to be with your equipment/internal wiring and we'll get that progressed for you.

I have just borrowed a corded phone which gives me same interference on quiet line test 17070
as for internal wiring ,, I have non everything is direct into socket . phone and fibre

* An alternative contact number preferably a mobile
* Availability should an engineer need to attend the premises, between the hours of 8am-1pm & 1pm-6pm Monday - Friday.

noise has disappeared , suggested its possible a joint has water ingress and as weather has been warm it has dried out and fixed itself
said to ring again if it comes back
