Noisy line phone has returned after the problem was resolved

Have a very noisy landline and we've had multiple problems in the past. I can't seem to contact the relevant person by email or online chat to deal with this. This is a business line in a remote Welsh valley, where mobile phones do not work so I am unable to call on another line. Is there anyone who can help with an email or if Plusnet sees this can they do something about this as this is affecting the business in a negative way.
