@POMPEYFAN This thread, which is marked as 'Fixed', has been piggybacked once already.
Your problem stands a better chance of a rsponse if you start your own topic.

But it won't be fixed will it? If I cant contact anyone to tell them about the fault, it does not matter where I post does it?

Thanks for the screen shot. In that screen shot: On the line towards the middle of the picture that starts with the word "Topics", on the right hand side in purple "start a topic" just before "New Fixes".
It is in the screen shot but I wonder if it is missing on your live screen; one can get some very odd display effects with this Forum software

The whole point of posting on the forum if you can't get through on the phone lines is so that a Plusnet staffer will see your post and respond.
There's more chance of that happening sooner rather than later if customers start their own topics.

@POMPEYFAN You probably realise that PlusNet are struggling with reduced staff levels at present, you will not get an instant response, you may get a reply in a few days if you are lucky. Otherwise keep trying customer support on the phone until you manage to get through.

Not good enough. They should all be still working from home and using VPN to log into their system. Call centre phones on divert to the call centre operatives at home, who can then deal with our problems. It's simple enough.
My company does this, this is how I can remote work from home by VPN into my machine at work.
Why can't Plus net do the same? They are supposed to be an ISP after all are they not?
