Noisy Landline

Hi I have a noisy phone line. I have connected the phone directly into the master socket (disconnecting all else including broadband) and its noisy as soon as you hear the dial tone can someone please advise me what i can to get the problem fixed

Hi @morgan24 I just tried to call you with the contact info we have for you on the account, but no one answered. There is a possible fault on your line, please call in on 0800 432 0200 so they can do some checks with you.
