No voicemail

Hi

 

I have basic voicemail listed on my service but if i dial 1571 i get a message saying it isn't enabled.

 

Can you advise.

It happens  - quite often.

One of the Help Team should be able to sort it when they see this thread on Monday.

Hi @chelseauk,

 

I'm sorry that your voicemail feature isn't working. I've had a look into this and this is showing as enabled on our side but not on our supplier's system. I've placed an order to add this via our supplier's system now and it should be working within 72 hours.

 

Please let us know if you are still unable to use your voicemail after 72 hours or if there's anything else that you'd like us to look into.
