No services and no one to contact??

Hi

Anyone have any phone numbers to be able to contact someone my partners services have all gone and apparently plusnet stop at 6?

Yes, it's 9am - 6pm.

Have you checked out things you can try, as decribed in the

Coronavirus update

at the top of most pages on the Plusnet website?

Yes and didn’t help it has come back now but intermittent and very slow going, will get her to call them tomorrow. Have to say it’s a very poor setup on plusnets part and glad I’m no where near them.

If she doesn't get through on the phone tomorrow, a Plusnet staffer should pick up this thread and respond.

It must be very difficult for all ISPs at present; whether Plusnet are faring better or worse than other providers I couldn't say.
