No service (was Re: phone + broadband new customer)

I joined plusnet on 3/12/15 and did not receive a router as promised until I complained . Plusnet then emailed to say I was now live and then I was cut off instantly. I used a neighbors phone and Bob to attempt to contact plusnet took an hour. 1 week later I am still cut off!!! Dealing with plusnet us an absolute nightmare. I have just spent another hour on my friends phone an am unable to speak with any one. I am going to contact BT tomorrow to see if I can go back to them. They are bad but plusnet don't even reach bad !!!
