Hi
We have no dial tone on home phone - I believe it went off at 1pm today which I think coincides with some planned maintenance work?
Have done all the checks and plugged a wired phone into all our sockets and none of them work
Could something have gone wrong due to the maintenance work?

I should add that I logged a problem but put my home telephone number as best contact number but this obviously won't work
We don't have a good mobile signal in the house either so only way to contact us is via email or during the day on mobile when I'm at work

I assume that you are referring to Plusnet maintenance.
If this is the case then that can't have affected the phone connection
If you haven't already I recommend raising a phone fault here https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22965&wizard_id=38 - which from your update I assumer that you did

I've just updated your fault ticket, if you can let us know when you've responded and have been through the tests outlined on there we'll get this picked up.
