I have had no phone service for a month and it's getting beyond a joke. I'm told an engineer will be working on the line time and again but nothing ever gets sorted! My patience is wearing thin, this is a gross inconvenience!!! Very angry and fed up, and not impressed one bit.
Hi ruthnp7, I can see that the fault has been delayed due to our suppliers declaring MBORC in your area (matters beyond our reasonable control) this implies that engineering resource has been reallocated to deal with issues caused by the recent floods, this in turn leads to delays in dealing with faults in such affected areas. I can see we're hoping to be updated tomorrow.
