No phone or internet

My phone and internet have been down since last night and finding it impossible to work out how to report this without being on hold for 30 minutes.  Anyone else having connection problems in South London? Driving me nuts trying to work out what to do!

You could raise a ticket using the Help Assistant (the link https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22945&wizard_id=38 should be suitable). The text on that page explains checks to do and what information is needed.
Otherwise calling the CSC as late as possible is likely to give shorter wait times.
