I have had no phone line since 20th November and very intermittent broadband connection, PLUSNET are no help at all. Where is the Customer Service? I have informed PLUSNET that my husband is suffering from terminal cancer and we need a phone connection to be able to access phone to and from medical help. (Hospital will not phone mobile numbers).
Hi shivers, The issue has taken a little longer than anticipated to resolve as it's linked to a "common fault" literally meaning that it's affecting multiple lines in your area. Work has been taking place to fix this and that's due to complete after the final stage of cable jointing is completed tomorrow. Thanks for your patience, I've just updated ticket 95001346 in a little more detail. Adam
