No more free calls to the Channel Isles???

I did send a question via the help ticket...but no one bothered to get back to me which is unusual as they normally do?
Anyway I had the update e-mail stating that Plusnet were doing away with charges to 0845 numbers, excellent news, but a strap line at the bottom of the mail said that C.I. calls were not included in the anytime package. When did this stop and as I use the phone to call a friend in the C.I. its not good news. I made a call on the 02/09/2009 for 21 minutes, as yet this has not incurred a charge and I will be annoyed if it does... would someone care to enlighten me on this at all please?

Just to add to that, we've amended the rest of the emails so that everyone else doesn't have to go through the same level of confusion

Another good reason for the emails to go out in batches over a few days - after all it is over a month before the changes take affect.
