No dial tone and no broadband. Using the Plus Net checker for faults it states
"We've found a fault with your phone line.
Our engineers will work on the problem you're experiencing. This is usually resolved within 1-3 working days. If this isn't the case, we'll contact you to let you know."
As I have medical issues a working phone line is essential especially as we live in an area with no mobile signal. I am using a mobile Three MiFi at present to get around the problem but the signal is very poor and can only be picked up in the back garden. Not sure where to go from here as all was working fine about an hour ago.

What is even more frustrating is that you cannot phone Plus net to speak to any one about the line being faulty and all you get is a message that they will contact us if there is a delay. How will they contact us if we have no landline as we have no mobile service in our village? What is the number to phone to report a fault? Thanks.
