No landline today Isle of Wight

Anyone know if the landlines are not working I have internet. Where can I find out if it is Plusnet or my handset?

Thanks just did the line test, thats the prob, first time anything like this has happened we dont use the LL much so no big deal.

I have checked your line for you, and it's showing an external issue on the line. I have raised this to Openreach for you, and an engineer will be out externally within 48 hours. You don't need to be in for this visit.
