No landline or internet

Ok. Have now been without landline for over a week. Raised a ticket and response was to contact order team. Ha ha!
Why couldn't they pass query onto correct team.
Having to use, inappropriately, neighbors phone to post this.
Tried calling but got cut off.
Can someone please help. We are both in our late 60's and having to isolate. No contact with family for ages. HELP
