No landline for two weeks

Hi

 

I have checked every thing my end EG

cables,tested phone at a different address and it works but I currently get no dial tone nor can any one ring in.

It has been like this for about two weeks now.

Welcome to the Forum @stk2008stk 

The thing is that PlusNet don't monitor connections so they don't know that you have a problem with your phone. It looks as if you have tried running through the troubleshooting at https://www.plus.net/help/phone/phone-line-troubleshooting/

If so, and if you have a mobile, report a problem https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/

Hi there and I'm really sorry about the issue with your line at the moment, I've just been taking a look into it and as you've tried what you can and that line tests don't flag up any obvious causes it would be best for us to arrange an engineer visit as the next step.
