No interrupted dial tone when voicemails waiting/Broadband crawling to a halt

Hello, new customer to Plusnet and wondered whether others experience the same issue: since moving to Plusnet we no longer have an interrupted dial tone when we have voicemails waiting-customer service had no clue when i called.
Also, broadband slowly crawling to a over last week, anyone else had similar issues?

Regarding Voice Mail it sounds as though something is screwed and will need staff to help on Tuesday - in the meantime if you click on remove features under https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features do you get  a popup that there is a change pending
