No home phone / dial tone
I have been a subscriber to PlusNet before but have just recently resubscribed on Monday 21/09/20.
My broadband is working perfectly but my home phone is not. No dial tone. Nothing.

Thanks but I'd already tried that. No dial tone even direct from the test socket - and the link on that page to check if there's a problem with the exchange (https://www.plus.net/my-account/tools/phone-troubleshooter) doesn't seem to work.
However, I have just managed to get through on the Plusnet Support helpline (0800 432 0200) and they very quickly diagnosed a fault at the local exchange and have raised a ticket on my behalf:
Fault Type: Fail - Fault located at exchange (Openreach side of MDF) Test Results: FAULT - Wiring fault between EvoTAM and legacy linecard.
