Been connected to phone and fibre since wednesday, I want to add caller display, when I go into my account online I can not access home phone control panel as I apparently don't have a phone????? Anyone help Cheers
Hi highlander317, Sorry to see your phone component hasn't been activated when the phone service activated with us. I've asked for this be carried out on the account so that you can make any changes to the call features yourself. I've had a look at the features that should be active on your line and Caller Display is one of these. Is the service not working for you? EDIT: This has now been rectified for you so you should be able to make any changes with regards to the call features on the line. I have manually added the Caller Display billing component now that the home phone control panel has been rectified, however, the service itself should have worked since the 13th.
