My telephone has no dial tone. In an email with plusnet support, they say the line is active. However there is no dial tone even in the main socket. It happened after I spoke to them, on the phone, asking them to cancel my unlimited call plan last Thursday. After assuring me the line is active they have asked me to phone the technical help line. I have no phone so was this meant to be a joke? So basically I'm getting nowhere with them. Luckily I had an open 'Question' which enabled me to communicate with them by e mail, however they only respond every two days, the last response was unhelpful.
