No dial tone

Hi there Plusnet

i have no dial tone, fault checker say oops please call ...... getting no where with online chat and the customer support line states current wait is nearing 45 minutes.

Broadband is ok (although the light is flashing on the router) I have checked filters and different phone no help.

Can you please run a line check and log it with BT?
