Sorry to hear you're having problems with your phone. Looking into your account I can see you've since called us and reported the fault.
Checking for fault updates, our suppliers are requesting an engineer appointment to progress the fault. I've updated your ticket on your account with a couple of checks to do before we arrange the engineer.
