Hi there Plusnet
i have no dial tone, fault checker say oops please call ...... getting no where with online chat and been on hold for customer support for 35 minutes now
Broadband is ok I have checked filters and different phone no help.
Can you please run a line check and log it with BT?

I have managed to locate your account and can confirm that the online fault that you attempted to raise did indeed go through.
This found an external fault at the local exchange and has been automatically raised to our suppliers for repair. They have updated the fault on their systems and are advising that the fault is estimated to complete within 72 hours.
This can be found on your account with any further updates on ticket number 139087124.
