No dial tone

My phone and broadband were due to move from Sky to Plusnet on the 14/3/16 and 15/3/16 respectively.  Since the 14th I've had no dial tone, I contacted Plusnet on the 15th a fault was raised with openreach, with the a 1-3 day repair timetable this elapsed this morning (Friday 18th)
I phoned again this morning and was told it would now be either today or Monday (maybe) as the problem was more serious than initially thought. If it isn't done today that will be one week with no access to either phone or broadband services. The issue will be looked again on the 23/3/16, which I take it means it has been raised again with openreach with a 1-3 working day timetable. This is extremely disappointing as the service with Sky had been good, but with Plusnet offering 18 months free internet it was too good a deal to turn, I almost wish I hadn't moved now.
I do understand that is up to openreach to sort the problem and both times I've phoned Plusnet staff have been helpful, but it would be nice to have a more specific time of repair as I buy and sell on eBay quite regularly and it is now starting to have an impact on that as well many phone calls I will have missed.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated?

Re: No dial tone

I'm sorry to see it's taken longer than we would have liked to get the fault fixed.
Glad to see it was sorted as of the 19th though.
