No dial tone

Hi there. On the 7th of April, I had received a text message from Plusnet that my Home Phone service was meant to be activated and this had not been the case.
When I installed my old phone, there was no dial tone and that the handset was completely silent. Convinced that the phone was at fault, I tested it and it was working alright.
What can Plusnet do for me?
Thanks for taking the time to read this
Ross.

Re: No dial tone

Hi Ross,
The best thing to do would be to raise a fault - you can do this at http://faults.plus.net, or raise us a ticket at http://contactus.plus.net. The other option if you do have access to a working phone is to call us on 0845 1400200 and our support centre will make sure your fault is investigated.
Hope that helps,

Re: No dial tone

Just a brief update, I have phoned up about the problem and a check had been made on the line.
They have then forwarded this to BT and I managed to get an engineer to come over on Wednesday.
