Hi
I sent in a Question #89084698 on Friday morning (25th July) as I have no dial tone on my home phone. Fibre broadband is working ok - just the phone isn't. Still haven't had a reply (waiting time was advised around 46 hours) and tried calling from my dads house yesterday but at a queue of 45+ minutes I didn't have time to wait. Any news on this as yet? I rely on the house phone as mobile signal is non existent in the house.

You should have received a response from our support team. The good news is that a fault was found on automated testing which should mean the resolution is fairly straight forward.
