No dial tone or internet

Since last Wednesday I've had no dial tone nor internet service. I raised a question (98758279) which said that an engineer should have sorted it Monday. I haven't had any change in circumstances and was just wondering what the situation is at the moment. It's just a bit frustrating trying to do everything online via my phone!

It looks like our suppliers have cleared a external issue.
If your phones still down we'll need to arrange a appointment to get it looked into further.
There's two timeslots - AM between 8am and 1pm or PM which is 1pm while 6pm.
At the moment we have both AM and PM for tomorrow and Friday.
If you can let me know when your available I'll get that booked in for you.
