No dial tone or incoming calls

Hi my net still works but my phones totally dead. I did the line test but it's inconclusive, and the help centre line seems to be closed at this time. I'm not sure what to do, I've tried a different phone into the master socket, which was no different. Thanks for any advice.

Have you tried raising a fault at https://faults.plus.net ?

Hi @map1984 I'm sorry to hear you've lost your dial tone. I've managed to locate an external fault, which I've raised to our suppliers for investigation. I've also opened a ticket on your account which you can view here.
