No dial tone, no line, NO response!

My phone line went down on Wednesday, I reported it and it was due to be fixed Friday night. It is still not working, and I have had NO updates, no response to messages, and there seems to be no-one answering phone support, which is costing me money because I have to call from a mobile because my landline ISN'T WORKING!  What is going on?

No, I don't have inclusive minutes - pay as you go I'm afraid.

There is a live online chat facility that has recently been released but I wouldn't have a clue where to find it I'm afraid - it has been discussed recently on here though.
