Hi.
I can see this problem a few times here but now it's my turn.
Used the line checker which was inconclusive and followed the 'help' video instructions. Also tried a different working phone which didn't work either.
Any help much appreciated.

I'm sorry to see your phone's not working.
I can see you've raised a fault ticket and we've reported this to Openreach. We've been given an estimated response time of by 13/08/21 23:59:59 for an engineer to go out and investigate further.
We'll update you as soon as we know more but feel free to post if you need any further help.
