Hi. I have no dial tone on my landline and when people try to call us our phone does not ring, however the number is displayed on the phone screen and it comes up as a missed call. Tried to test the line on the troubleshooting page but it just fails and asks me to call, been waiting all evening no answer. Anyone know what’s going on?
I'm sorry that you're unable to make and receive calls from your landline and for the wait times when you tried to call.
I've had a look into this and although the online troubleshooter returned an error on your side, it actually found an external line fault and this has been raised to our suppliers for further investigation. Our suppliers have advised that the estimated response time is by midnight on the 18th of October. Being an external fault, this is only an estimate and they'll investigate this sooner if they're able to.
