No dial tone and poor broadband
I rang customer services today using my mobile as I have no dial tone.
My issue could not be dealt with as I was told that Plusnet systems are down.
The customer service person took my mobile number and said they would ring back.
I have rang again but call cannot be excepted.
Please can some one deal with this soon as I need my phone line so my elderly parents can ring me.

I am sorry you were affected by our system issues earlier - I've gone ahead and raised this to our suppliers, as there is a fault on your phone line.
They've advised this should be fixed by midnight on 7th May.
